Palmer; his stepfather Llewellyn Palmer, Jr. of Berlin; his father Gale Shaw; his stepmother Katherine Shaw of Florida; and his brothers, Reuben J. Shaw of San Diego, CA, Wyatt B. Shaw (Kenna) of Houston, TX and Llewellyn Palmer, III of Berlin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
