With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maureen Tessier of Shelburne, Vermont, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 15, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Maureen departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Maureen. Though Maureen may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Joseph Murphy (EJ) and Rosella Juve Murphy (Dolly); her husband Louis Clement Tessier; and her brother Todd Murphy of Burlington. She is survived by: her son John Stephen "Steve" (Rocio); her granddaughter Jacqueline Rosella of Bridgeport, CT; her son Timothee Joseph (Stephanie); her sister Bunny Barry of Cocoa Beach, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Jane Christie Murphy of Burlington and Timothee Tessier (Tim) of Nashville, TN.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their extended families.
