He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Goss and Irma Goss; his siblings, Wayne Goss and Celia Goss Brand; and his children, Ralph R. Goss Jr. and Adrienne W. Goss Schultz.
He is survived by: his wife Babe. He is also survived by his daughter Jan and her husband General Al Gray of Alexandria, VA, as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.
