He is survived by: his parents, Rachel Hollister Milne of Barre and George Edmund Milne of Barre; his wife Robin; his children, David of San Francisco, CA, Steven (Drew Wanderman) of Palo Alto, CA and Mavis (Jamey Gerlaugh) of Charlotte; his siblings, George D. Milne (Linda) of Montpelier and Margaret Richey (Alban) of Barre; his grandchildren, Skye Wanderman-Milne, Reed Wanderman-Milne, Cayla Wanderman-Milne, Molly Milne-Gerlaugh, Amelia Elizabeth Milne and Phillipa Robin Milne; his nephews, David Richey, John Richey, Jamie Milne and George H. Milne; and also, Steven Hollister, Thomas Joseph and Mavis Elizabeth.
