He was predeceased by: his father Walter Harrison Leverette; and his stepmother Beatrice Smith Leverette. He is survived by: his wives, Annie and Anne S. Leverette of Sheffield, VT; his stepdaughter Juli Wolfinbarger of Lexington, KY; his grandchild Brandi Lyn Surridge; his father Timothy Robert Surridge; his great grandchildren, Gunner and Mason; and his nieces and nephews, Victoria Lotz, Wendy Vaughan, Tara Girard, Dale Vaughan, Rusty Vaughan and Wally Vaughan. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
