She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hird and Marion Hird (Hewitt); her husband Frank Walter Johnson, Jr.; and her brother John S. Hird. She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Shore (Dan) of Oklahoma City, OK, Valerie Potter (David) of Sharon, VT and Debra Boles (Paul) of Sharon, VT; and her grandchildren, Tamara Weinberg, Daniel Potter, Ashley Ziai, Linden White, Tanner White, Jarris White, Kaycie White, Darren Boles and Lindsey Martell. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
A private family graveside service will be held in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Sharon, VT and memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
