He is survived by: his close friends, Ashdin Schaefer, Tyler Ripley, Jake Volpi and Kyle Willard; his sister Amanda Hoag (Alain); his nieces, Amelia, Anda, Azminah, Amarah and Olivia; his sister Nicole Hoag (Melissa Kees); his nieces, Sophia, Addie and Arianna; his nephew Owen Matthew; and his aunts and uncles, Jim Potter (Kelley), Ted Potter (Lynne), Vicky Potter (Randy Novotny), Sue Pochop (Peter), Tony Potter, Brenda Phillips (Sam Piper), Justin Potter (Mary), Loretta Snyder (Chris), Judy Mello (David), Jeanne Northrop and Rob Hoag.
