Capek (Salisbury, Vermont), born in Flushing, New York, who passed away on May 6, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Michelle Capek. She is survived by: her parents, Evelyn Sr. (Madero) and Albert Harjes Sr.; her spouse Stanley J. Capek; her children, Charles Capek (Mary), George Capek, Jim "Cricket" Wondolski, Stacey Freeguard (Doug) of Salisbury, Whiting Piper of Salisbury and Patricia "Patty" Piper (Chip) of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Michael, Savannah, Amanda, Ashleigh, Mathew, Stephen, Rachel, Cheyenne and Hunter; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Jacob, Luke, Devin and Kayden.
