He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose J. and Julia R. Desabrais (Ladouceur); his wife Thea Desabrais (Schmidt); his children, Lucien R. Desabrais Jr. and Bettina Ruth Desabrais; and his siblings, Norman, Roger, Rose, Jeannette, Lillian and Mary.
He is survived by: his brother Mose Desabrais (Anne); his sister-in-law Joanne Desabrais; and his grandchildren, Michael, Shane, Tonya, Ashley, Erika, Dennis, Laura, Heather, Nicole and Bre.
