He is survived by: his wife Tsumiyo Proving; his sons, Gene, Mike, Fort, Eugene (Rita Easter), Andrew of Brandon and Ray of Brandon; his grandsons, Everett of Middlebury, Stephen and Sarah; his brother Harold of Dudley, MA; and also, Mickey Proving, Then Proving, Aberdeen Proving and Nancy.
