He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonas (Tony) and Ona; his son James; his siblings, Blazia Ann Packnick (John) and Anthony Skinkus Jr.; his nephew Joseph Skinkus; and his niece Elaine Fisher (John).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his children, Kathleen McCartney, Karen Chesley, Kimberly Behr (Edward) and William, Jr. (Tara); his grandchildren, Beth, Will, Max, Sonnen, Aragon, Zahara, Zoren and Esme; his great grandchild Xavier; and his nephews, Gary (Mary) and Robert Packnick (Deborah).
