It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Theodore Broome of Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Broome (Taylor); his cousin Ray Broome; his father Theodore "Bud" Broome; and his siblings, Lynda Locke (Dennis) of East Ryegate, VT and Michael Broome of St. Johnsbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
