She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lowell and Jennie Lowell (Bell); her husband BJ Lynaugh; her daughter Debbie Ramirez; and her siblings, Bob Lowell and Dorothy Bell.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Becky and Nick Ramirez; and her brother Ron Lowell (Bernadine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
