She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Carpenter and Elsie Carpenter (Hager); her husband William Francis Graden; and her children, Matthew Graden and Jennifer Snyder.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Graden of St. Johnsbury, Timothy Graden of St. Johnsbury and Rebecca Watkins (James Nagle) of Lyndonville; her sister Carolyn Clarke (James Davis) of Center Strafford, NH; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Joseph, Katy, Simeon, Richard, James, William and Sabra; her great grandchildren, Ryann, Raegann, Lily and Alba; her great great grandchild Juniper; her friends, Agnes, MaryAnne, Linda and Carol Ann; her daughter-in-law Heather Brooks; and her caregiver Heather Brooks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sabra's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
