It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Richards (Saint Johnsbury, Vermont), who passed away on April 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edson Eugene and Florence Garfield (Wilkins); her son Edson Eugene Richards; and her brother Edson Garfield, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Colmer Richards; her sisters, Margo Birchard (Robert) of Salisbury, VT, Pauline O'Brien of Middlebury, VT and Dorothy Knox of Terryville, CT; her grandchildren, Justin Richards (Tina) and Faith Richards; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Damian and Dianne Gray.
