He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Pelkey and Mabel Pelkey; his brother David Pelkey; and his stepson Chad Lumbra. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Tiffany Kirchoff (Timothy) of Lyndonville; his stepgrandchildren, Addison and Korbin; and his nephew Michael Pelkey (Cynthia) of West Newbury.
