He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Perkins of St. Johnsbury, VT; his son Justin Perkins (Natalie) of Waterford, VT; his siblings, Dennis Perkins (Carol) of St. Johnsbury, Helen Touchette of Moretown, VT and Patricia Perkins of St. Johnsbury; and his grandchildren, Sydney and Everett Perkins. He is also survived by many cousins; and many nieces and nephews.
