He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Belknap; and his siblings, Dennis Belknap, Robert Belknap and Jill Eads. He is survived by: his wife Bernadine Belknap of Waterford, VT; his sons, Eric Belknap, Felicia Belknap of Waterford, VT and Calvin Belknap; his siblings, Billy, Pete of Pearland, TX, Brian of Gloversville, NY, Jimmy of Johnstown, NY, Jack of Ft, Karen Hartlieb of Canajoharie, NY, Heidi Ambrosino of Mayfield, NY and Mary Ellen Terry of Sheldon, TX; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Shaw, Taylor Johnson, Lauren and Taylor Belknap.
