She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Collins and Frances Dorothy Collins (Cassidy); her husband Frederick Douglas; and her daughter-in-law Christine Ann Douglas (Desilets). She is survived by: her children, Michael Douglas of St. Johnsbury and Deborah Smith (Dennis) of St. Johnsbury; her brothers, Richard Collins (Nancy) of Stowe Hollow, VT and Gerald Collins (Diane) of Elmira, NY; and her grandchildren, Brian Douglas of Fairport, NY, Joshua Douglas of Washington, DC, Rebecca McGregor (Andrew) of St. Johnsbury and Jordan Cota (Drew) of St. Johnsbury. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
