He was predeceased by: his parent Johnnie Sr. Simpson. He is survived by: his mother Donna Simpson; his children, Lydia Mae Garfield and Kiarra Rai Simpson; his fiancée Christine Shepardson; his fiancée's child Koby Thomas; and his siblings, Tonya Cassidy, Everett and Harry Simpson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
