He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fernando, Marie Rose Noël (Brochu), Luther and Marion Ely (Oliver). He is survived by: his parents, Jean Paul Arsene and Sharon Ann Noël (Ely) of Lyndonville; his former wife Rebekah Clifford; his wife Becki; his sons, Judah Paul, Josiah Philip, Jeremiah Peter and Jonah Patrick; his mother-in-law Jerri Clifford of Dayville, CT; his siblings, Denise Tomaselli (Joseph) of St. Johnsbury, Jonathan Noël (Amanda) of Raleigh, NC and Holly Rose Noël of Auburn, WA; his brother-in-law Matthew Clifford (Jessica) of Wildomar, CA; his nephews, Nathan (LeeAnn) and Justin (Jessica); and his daughter Katelyn (Zackary). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
