He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Wuertele and Harriet Wuertele (Downing); his wife Alice of St. Johnsbury; his children, David Wuertele (Tomoko) of Menlo Park, CA and Laura Wuertele of Oxnard, CA; his sisters, Katie Spangler of Richmond, CA, Liz Thomas (Bob) of Vacaville, CA and Helen Wuertele (Ray Greenwood) of Minden Mines, MO; and his grandchild Kentaro Wuertele.
Memorial donations can be made in Jim's name to either the Athenaeum or Fairbanks Museum.
