He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Gilbert, Jr. and Deborah Anne Kelley (Freehart). He is survived by: his fiancée Deborah Perry of St. Johnsbury; his siblings, Bobbie Jo Beauregard (Paul) of Barton, Lisa Lanoue (Jeffrey) of Orleans, Scott Kelley (Shelly) of Lexington, KY and Chad Kelley (Samantha) of Springfield, OH; his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Isiah Kelley, Dustin (Meg), Alex Beauregard (Araceli), Caleb (Samantha), Matthew Lanoue (Becca), Gabe, Ben and Katie Kelley; and also, Carol Smith (Duane Berry) of St. Johnsbury, Randy and Justin Roy.
