He was predeceased by: his father Robert Edward Shusta. He is survived by: his mother Irma Mae Newella Rist of St. Johnsbury; his son Eddie J. Shusta; his siblings, Melissa Talatinian of St. Johnsbury and Jesse Shusta of Greenville, TX; his grandchildren, Eddie, Jr., Hannah and Lexi Ann-Marie; and his nieces and nephews, Jessie "Thorn" Shusta, Aspen Shusta and Kristen Talatinian.
