“I knew Mrs. Gallant in Portsmouth in the 1950's, when I was a small child and she was a very young woman. I enjoyed her and liked her. I named a doll I got for Christmas after Bette Ann. (My parents called Mrs. Gallant "Bette Ann," so that was the name I gave the doll). I am sorry I did not get to contact her before she died. I am sorry for your loss. I know she was probably a wonderful family member. My name is Susan Ganus, and I live at 109 Madrid St., Warner Robins, Ga., 31093”
