He is survived by: his wife Debra MaGee-Lewis; his children, Bryon Lewis (Maria) of Monson, MA, Troy Lewis (Heather) of Essex, VT, Rory Westover (Julie) of Highgate, VT and Michelle Mayo (Kurt) of Colchester, VT; his grandchildren, Alison, Chloe, Hunter, Teeghan "Ash", Gabbriella, Gavin, Garrett, Grady, Hudson and Levi; and his brothers, Paul Lewis (Carol) of Picayune, MS and Sam Lewis (Mary) of Tucson, AZ..
