He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Connolly and Beverly Loomis; and his grandson Luke Connolly. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Connolly (Nikki Connolly), Trevor Connolly (Bailey Buckley) and Tanner Connolly (Hannah Mason); his grandchildren, Poppy Tim, Madilyn, Leo Connolly, Elaina, Harlow, Bristol Connolly, Landon and Hudson Weide; his wife Melinda; his stepchildren, Layla Weide (Mike Elcano), Skylar Weide and Tristan Weide (Kayla Joslyn Weide); his brothers, Kevin Connolly (Kelly Connolly) and Jason McGee; his niece Taylor Connolly; the mother of his children Debbie Boardman; his stepmother Barbara Guenther Connolly; and his siblings, Karen Weissinger (Tom Weissinger) and Michael Connolly.
