He is survived by: his wife Betty Towle of St. Albans; his daughter Samantha Popple; his grandson Noah Scott of Myrtle Beach; his sons, Cory Popple, Highgate and Josh of St. Albans; his stepson Serge (Jason) of Brooklyn, NY; his sister Sheri Rainville (Mark); his parents-in-law, Robert Towle of St Albans, Jane Towle, Jean Schefer of Vienna, VA, Laura and Donald Gilbert of Swanton; and his nieces and nephews, Lauri Bellows Fisher (Dale), Nate Bellows, Matt (Mira), Adam (Renee), Brenon Rainville (Rachael), Nicholas Bouchard (Karissa), Makayla Gilbert (David) and Kyle Gilbert.
Scott's family asks in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Grady's Golden Goodness, 652 Metcalf Pond Road, East Fairfield, Vermont 05448.
