With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Little Phillips (Saint Albans, Vermont), who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Donna; and her nieces, Jessica and Karen. She is survived by: her husband Bill Phillips; her children, William (Val), James, Sheree Stahl (Richard), Dana and Ellen (Teresa); and her grandchildren, Tonia, Jordan and Will.
