She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Taylor and Margaret Taylor (Young); her husband Stuart Barrows; her siblings, James Nutting, Barbara Coon and Marie Putnam; and her nephews, Kevin Jerry, Christopher Coon and Richard Howell, III.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard A. Richards, Jr. of Winooski and Mark P. Richards of Burlington; and her siblings, Stephen, Shelia M. Snaith, Priscilla M. Putnam (Stanley), Joann C. Gordon, Edwina Taylor (Joe LeClair), Cynthia M. Taylor and Robin McManus. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
