It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Clark Tier (Saint Albans, Vermont), born in West Dummerston, Vermont, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Tier and Elsie Tier; his wife Jo-Ann; his sister Jean Brown of West Dummerston, VT; his sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Bibeau of Brattleboro, VT and Susanne Dorris of Branchville, NJ.; his nephew Brian Allen of Williston, VT; and his niece Lori Allen of West Dummerston, VT.
To honor Ron's memory, Jo-Ann is suggesting a blood donation be given to the American Red Cross in Ron's name or a donation to Grand Isle Rescue, 3 Faywood Rd, Grand Isle, VT 05458.
