She is survived by: her spouse Willis N. Cook; and her children, Susan Desrochers of Swanton, Diane Mullally (Don) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Helen Axelson of Matthews, NC, Willis L. Cook of Swanton and Carlton A. Cook of Swanton. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
