It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Louise Howard (Saint Albans, Vermont), who passed away on April 3, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hemond and Rose Marie Hemond (Smith); her stepparent Lynwood West; and her sister Marie Tremblay. She is survived by: her sons, William Howard (Jill Blackbird) of St. Albans and Joseph Howard of Swanton; her grandsons, Brandon Howard and Dakota Nichols; her siblings, Edward "Bud" Hemond (Vicki) of Swanton, Paul Hemond (Judy) of Richford, Richard West (Kristi) of Cape Coral, Florida., Angie Paquette (Ronnie) of Richford and Darlene Gregoire (Mark) of Richford; and her brother-in-law Gilbert Tremblay of Swanton.
