He is survived by: his granddaughter Laela; his wife Concetta Churchill; his children, Celeste Gagne (Phillip) and Bradley Cornforth (Lisa); his grandchildren, Phillip Lee Gagne, Christopher Cornforth (Tanya), Justin Cornforth (Kristi) and Meghan; his great grandchildren, Aleigha, Troy, Maverick Paquette, Oliver and Eowyn Cornforth; his sister Beatrice Cornforth; his nieces, Debra Kiltcher and Cassandra Cornforth; and his nephew Eric Cornforth.
