With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Martin Kelley (Saint Albans, Vermont), who passed away on December 13, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Martin and Elizabeth Martin (King); her husband Wilbur J. Kelley; her son Reginald Kelley; and her sister Joyce Lanoue.
She is survived by: her daughter Debora Kelley of New York; her grandchildren, Jessica Kuck (Robert), Jennifer Kelley, Abigail, Mark McMahon, Christian Kelley, Katelin Kelley and Tyler Kelley; her great grandchildren, Hunter Taylor and Elena-Maria Kuck; and her siblings, Norman Martin (Bernice) of Bethel, Patricia Whitehead of Milton, Madonna Lesage of Winooski and Dorothy Page of Liberty Hill. She is also survived by several other great-grandchildren.
