He is survived by: his children, Shayleigh Pappas (Andrew) of Saint Albans, VT and Michael Benneig (Crystal Aja) of Mooers, NY; his grandchildren, Gavin Pappas and Kalley Pappas of Saint Albans, VT; and his sisters, Diane Lafar of Swanton, VT, Penney Malloy (William) of East Middlebury, VT, Bonnie Garrett (Richard) of St. Albans, VT, Sally Riopel (Amer Gover) of Saint Albans Bay, VT, Lisa McLaughlin (Michael), Debbie Bohannon and Robin Gover (Kevin) of Swanton, VT.
As an alternative to flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the American Heart Association.
