It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Rooney (Saint Albans, Vermont), born in Essex Junction, Vermont, who passed away on March 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Howard James Rooney; and her siblings, Christopher Keefe, Tommy Keefe, Margaret Rooney and Patty Keefe.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Rooney (Linda) of Spotsylvania, Brian Rooney (Cindy) of Spotsylvania, Mickey Rooney (Nancy) of Woodstock, Cindy Rooney of Fredericksburg, Terry Rooney of Fredericksburg and Mary Jo Spruill (Thomas) of New Market; and her brother Billy Keefe of Vt. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Connie may be made to Christ Episcopal Church in Spotsylvania.
