She was predeceased by: her husband John T. Smith; her parents, Lena and John; her daughter Nancy Smith Lanoue; her sister Paule Lamarche Pembroke; and her daughter-in-law Pamela Erno Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Tom and Gail; her son-in-law Steven Connors of Essex Jct; her grandchildren, Melissa Smith Synnott, Molly Smith Kellogg, Christopher Connors, Ashley Connors Murphy and Brooke Connors; her great grandchildren, Liam, Quinn Synnott, Hazel, Oliver Kellogg, Charlotte and Lily Murphy; her sister-in-law Virginia Stapleton of Ridgewood, N. J.; and her son-in-law Robert Lanoue of St. Albans. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Heald Funeral Home (87 S Main St, St Albans City, VT 05478). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Angels Church (245 Lake St, St Albans City, VT 05478).
