Kathleen Marie Spano Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen Marie Spano (Saint Albans, Vermont), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 27, 2024 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lisa Lieske (Meritet) and John Lieske; her grandparents, Peter, Pierette Meritet, Henry and Dorothy Lieske; her aunts and uncles, Michael P. Meritet, Joseph Lupo, Janine Meritet and Carol Lupo; and her cousin Edward Lupo.
She is survived by: her husband Domenico Spano; her children, Luca Spano and Sofia Tataseo (Mathew); her grandson Grayson Tataseo; her siblings, Kelly Robinson (Dan), Christopher Lieske (Nicole) and Jonathan Lieske (Ashley); her in-laws, Vito and Filomena Spano; her siblings-in-law, Simone Spano, Michele Spano, Carlo Spano (Kaitlin), Luca Spano (Nunzia Panza) and Anna Spano; her uncle William Meritet; her aunt Joanne Meritet; and her cousins, Suzie McIlwaine, Joseph Lupo, Michael Meritet, Danielle Meritet and Matthew Meritet. She is also survived by six nieces and thirteen nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the American Legion Hall (100 Parah Dr, St Albans City, VT 05478).
