It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce S. Manchester (Saint Albans, Vermont), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Stockinger and Margaret Stockinger (Raffel); her husband Wallace H. "Wally" Manchester; her children, Susan Manchester and Wallace "Chet" Manchester, Jr.; her brothers, Tom and Jack Stockinger; and her sister-in-law Meridath Daley.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Berthiaume (Neil) of Fairfax; her grandchildren, Ruth Schumacher (Paul), Christine Cassidy (Sean), Tom Cadieux (Destiny), Ryan Manchester (Stacy) and Lindsay Weatherly (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Kenadee, A. J., Dalani Cadieux, Grace, Anna, Kellen Cassidy, Ellyson Manchester, Gavin Schumacher, Norah and Parker Weatherly; her daughter-in-law Sandra Manchester; her sisters-in-law, Lura Stockinger and Maryann Stockinger; and also David LaPorte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
