With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Ann Tubbs of Saint Albans, Vermont, who passed away on November 13, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Tubbs; and her siblings, Jean Garrett and Wayne Fuller. She is survived by: her children, Susan Webster (Howard), Kevin Tubbs, Roger Tubbs and Beverly Tubbs; and her brother Roger Fuller (Judy). She is also survived by five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, 5 bonus great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
