She was predeceased by: her parents, George Donald and Kathleen Bugbee (Sweeney); her husband Paul Kelley; her sister Janet; her brother-in-law Duane Burnor; her sisters, Donna Rath and Joan; her sister-in-law Pauline Kelley; and her pet Abbie.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Kelley of South Burlington, Kim (Aris Panagakos) of Virginia and Kevin Kelley (Tracy Myers) of St. Albans; her brother John Bugbee of Fairfield; and her brothers-in-law, Tim Rath of St. Albans and Roger Kelley of Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
