He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bowler and Catherine Bowler (Hackett). He is survived by: his wife Janet Boss; his children, Susan Allard (Stephen) of St. Albans, Sandra Lovelette (Phillip) of Enosburgh, Peter Bowler (Christine) of Gilford, NH., Jane Brown (Leon) of South Burlington and Paul Bowler (Lille) of St. Albans; and his sister-in-law Jean Boss of Williston. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren, his brother-in-law.
