He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Adeline Stell, Sr. (Dennis); and his siblings, Betty Greeno, Gloria Stell, Edward Stell, Jr., Leonard Stell, Paul Stell and Louis Stell, Sr..
He is survived by: his daughter Lori Partlow; his grandchildren, Lacey Partlow, Dustin Partlow and Dylan Partlow; his sisters, Cindy Stell of St. Albans and Shirley Bessette of Connecticut; his sister-in-law Linda Stell; and his close friend Susan Odell of St. Albans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
