She is survived by: her son Scott Stevens (Maryellen Brodhead); her grandchildren, Mikayla Stevens, Nathan Stevens and Shawn Hayden (Wrayanne Mosley); her great grandchildren, Josh Hayden and Emily Hayden; her brother James Lewis (Donna); and also Lisa Hayden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
