He was predeceased by: his parents, Elward Lace and Lillian Lace (Norris); his stepfather Charles Barney; his wife Elaine Lace (Vallee); and his siblings, Wallace Arthur Lace, Doris Mildred, Lace Underwood and Elaine Audrey Begnoche (Lace).
He is survived by: his children, MelodyAnne (John Thibault) of Swanton and Carter Erick (Jill Lace) of Winnetka, CA.; his grandchildren, Brent Cornell Rouse, Brad-Travis Aaron Rouse, Tiffany Lace, Kelsey Lace and Courtney Lace; and his great grandchildren, Katrina Possiant, Olivia Creller, Araya Sunshine Rouse and Gavin Michael Rouse.
