He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stell and Adeline Stell (Dennis); his sons, Ricky and Paul; his grandsons, Clark and Brad; and his siblings, Paul, Kenny, Leonard, Gloria and Betty.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Rich (Jeff) of Highgate, Debbie Loyer of St. Albans, Crystal Ovitt (Travis Vicknair) of St. Albans, Edward of White Creek, NY, Michael of Alburgh and Joseph (Robin) of Alburgh; and his siblings, Harvey of St. Albans, Cindy of St. Albans and Shirley of Massachusetts. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
