He is survived by: his wife Cindy Gagner; his children, Tosha St. Francis of Saint Albans, VT, Jonathan St. Francis of Newport, VT and Shannon St. Francis of Orleans, VT; his grandchildren, Shylese Dunn of Saint Albans, VT, Dominic Falcon of Saint Albans, VT, Noah Falcon and Angel "AJ" Falcon Jr. of Saint Albans, VT; and his siblings, Hubert St. Francis Jr. (Sandy) of Swanton, VT, Deborah Mooney of Swanton, VT, Lorenzo St. Francis of Swanton, VT, Jimmy St. Francis (Candy), Terry St. Francis (Cindy) of Saint Johnsbury, VT, Tommy St. Francis (Deborah) of Swanton, VT and Tina Brace (James) of Saint Albans, VT. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and sisters-in-law.
