He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Carter and Julia Carter (Judd); and his sister Sheila. He is survived by: his daughters, Christelle Plourde and Coralee Boardman; his son-in-law Namath Boardman; and his siblings, Velma Crowell and Alex Carter.
