It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Lee Pion of Saint Albans Bay, Vermont, born in Saint Albans, Vermont, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reo Joseph and Margaret Frances Pion (Peno); and her brothers, David Rayo Pion and Richard Paul Pion. She is survived by: her close friend Steve Martell of St. Albans Bay; her son Shane Howard Pion Sr. (Tammy Roy); her grandson Shane Howard Pion Jr. of Anderson, SC; her siblings, Susan Marie Daignault (Kevin) of Swanton, Rayo Joseph Pion (Sharon) of St. Albans, Michael David Pion (Diane) of St. Albans and Mary J. Mossey (Brian) of Georgia; her nieces and nephews, Brian Porter Pion (Maurissa), Aimee Lynn Hawkins (Major), Joseph Rayo Pion, Kasey Jo Pion (Dustyn), Brandon Joseph Mossey and Briana Margaret Mossey; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas Brian Pion, Moriah Margaret Hawkins, Shelby Aimee Hawkins (Andrew) and Arabella Margaret Mossey; her pet Jackson; and also Oliver Dale Brace.
